We're all about the front end of BCS services - in Barclays terms we are the customer service team for our own people. We provide the ongoing support for people to use the services provided by BCS. We are the eyes and ears of BCS and more broadly GTIS, operating our global service desk, onsite support and techbars. When it doesn't work out we have a team in place ready to react to turn a negative experience into a positive one. Our VIP team create our 'white glove' service where it is really important. What will you be doing? oOperational Management - take full responsibility for the management of services outwards to the business units oService and metrics - Lead all aspects of performance management oInnovation - a key requirement for this role is to ensure that the service reflects current industry best practice and futuredirection and lands successfully oLeads operational service reviews oLeads all insight capability in relation to metric performance. oIdentifies service opportunities and puts plans in place to deliver these in conjunction with broader BCS team and business units oControl: owns risk in the delivery of service oImproves service performance whilst ensuring it is a 'human' colleague centric experience What we're looking for: o4 years' College degree o6+ years of experience having overseen managed technology services outwards to various business units o6+ years of experience leading all aspects of performance management o6+ years of experience leading operational and matrix service reviews Skills that will help you in the role: oPrevious experience with Resource management oExperience working with service management systems including ServiceNow, Remedy or other relevant systems.
