Position Summary The SEO Manager will spearhead all aspects of Company's Search Engine Optimization efforts including management of our SEO tools. She will develop and execute strategies, processes and action plans that will result in greater reach and engagement for Company's digital channels including website, social and email channels. Analyze web traffic continuously the Project management of new and existing SEO features. As well as the development and architect new SEO strategies. This position requires a combination of technical skills and marketing savvy to optimize natural search engine rankings. Major Areas of Responsibilities Lead and develop SEO initiatives for selected group of brands Day-to-day execution of organic search engine campaigns including projects like keyword research, competitive research, content optimization and site improvements. Work with content creators to create SEO content strategies for each of our brands and work on executing evergreen strategies for existing and new content Perform ongoing keyword research to identify new content opportunities based on search volume Work closely with product, and technology teams to implement SEO plans and be responsible for identifying and documenting product requirements Perform technical site analysis and audits Run reports and develop KPIs to measure performance or propose improvementsalternative approaches Evangelize the importance of SEO through all areas of the business Keep abreast of the latest SEO developments and news, especially as it pertains to technical aspects of sites Education and Skills Bachelor s degree from an accredited University or a combination of professional experience and education. Minimum 3 - 6 years proven SEO experience Proven track record Applicants must submit websites that demonstrate their SEO ability and be prepared to discuss Strong SEO copy writing skills Adherence to the highest standards of SEO Expertise with web analytics tools, Google Analytics Google Search Console in particular, and concepts Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms Self-starter who can develop and execute strategy and action plans Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task
